We will consider value added investment opportunities where we can increase returns by better management, investing in an asset, further developing or using our relationships to improve the tenant mix.

We participate in joint-venture arrangements and welcome those where the agent co-invests alongside us.

Our typical investments are in the £500,000 - £5,000,000 range and we are happy to pay non-retained agents for any originations brought to us.
